I can’t believe it’s over already! What a weekend!
I want to thank all the players for the awesome matches and for helping us stay on time all weekend!

Tee Roy Brown! My Brown Knight - this event wouldn't have happened without you. Thanks for keeping me on track and for waiting til Sunday night to let your cold take over.

A Squash throwdown
This image just smacked me across the face. A throwdown from Master Jinks, my first opponent at the Whistler Classic. On Friday night we'll see who will be crushed!

We came, we saw, we took photos to prove it!
It wouldn't be a Nationals without the SCRU Cru, so me and Dr Jim bought a red-eye ticket and went to Calgary for the day. No lie. Crazy? Nope. Dedicated to the game is all! Congratulations to Alana Miller, Shahier Razik and our own Andrew Lynn for their National titles. It was great to see everyone even if it was only for one day. Check the photos.

Ok... so...99 squash players walk into a Calgary bar and the bartender says, "We don't serve squash players." So Pacey turns to Troy and says, "What is that? Is he BOASTING? If you don't HOLD me back, I'm going to DRIVE him. And if any other bartenders try and stop me, I'm going to DROP them too!" At this point, the lovely and level headed beauty, Mel, stepped behind the counter and said, "If you folks don't SERVE squash players, then why don't you LET me?" Jim's CONDUCT was the most SPORTSMANLIKE as always and he managed to convince everyone to RETURN TO TEE Roy who had already found a booth big enough for us (even Ingram!) to all have a drink at and mock the recorder (which most certainly can compete with the Mandolin).
